Anheuser-Busch presents its first edition of the Budweiser® Holiday Stein Series. This relief stein features the world famous Clydesdales eight-horse team and wagon traveling over a grassy path. The A&Eagle is centered above the red Budweiser® wagon with "St. Louis, MO" and  "Budweiser® Champion Clydesdales" written below.  The rich browns of the horses are further accentuated by the antique brown background and complemented by the red accent line at the rim and base. This 5" stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte and was issued without a box.

CS-29: This relief stein is the same as the 1980 Holiday stein but comes with a pounded pewter lid with a ball thumb rest.  This 5 7/8" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte and was issued without a box.

CS29-1: This variation of the lidded stein has GREEN cases on the wagon and St. Louis, MO in black print and Budweiser® Champion Clydesdales in RED print below the grass.

Note: The outside stein color is the result of a brown wash applied to give the ceramic color before firing. No two steins  are exactly alike in appearance due to varying degrees of brown shading. Many steins may appear to have an uneven application of the wash, resulting in dark blotching or a particular area darker than the rest of the stein.
